APIP held an in-person training session titled “Labor Issues: Wage Transparency, Fixed-Term Contracts, and New Legislation” at its branch office in Oliveira de Azeméis

The session also examined measures aimed at promoting equal pay and enhancing clarity in compensation criteria, as well as the rules governing fixed-term contracts, the conditions for their use, and legal limits, with a focus on preventing abusive practices.

The main legislative developments were also presented, including amendments to the Labor Code and new obligations for employers, with the aim of empowering participants to adopt fairer, more transparent labor practices in compliance with current legislation.
